FAQ

Before you book

How often should my aircon be serviced?

It depends on how much you use it. Units that run daily benefit from more frequent general servicing. Lighter use can be spaced further apart. Tell us your routine and we'll suggest a rhythm.

What's the difference between a general service and a deep clean?

A general service covers filters, coils and drains for routine upkeep. A chemical deep clean goes further, washing the coil and blower to clear stubborn build-up, odours and mould.

Do I need to be home during the visit?

Someone needs to let us in and point out the units. After that you're free to carry on with your day, and we'll walk you through the findings at the end.

Which types of units do you work on?

We look after wall-mounted split and multi-split systems in homes. If you have a different setup, mention it in your enquiry and we'll let you know.

What should I prepare before you arrive?

Clear a little space under each indoor unit and move fragile items nearby. We'll bring the dust sheets.
